Service
BillDrift provides deterministic reconciliation estimates from data supplied by the customer. Findings must be reviewed against the applicable 3PL contract before a dispute is raised. BillDrift does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
Free preview
The free preview is limited to one use and currently processes up to 100 invoice rows. It provides a summary and a limited selection of findings.
24-hour Pass
The 24-hour Pass permits up to three audit runs during the 24 hours following confirmed payment, subject to the technical limits stated on the pricing page. A run uses one allowance even when optional evidence is omitted.
Monthly plan
The Monthly plan permits up to twenty audit runs per billing period. Each run uses one allowance even when optional evidence is omitted. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access remains available until that time.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumer rights depend on the mandatory law that applies to the customer. Consumers covered by EU consumer law generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts, subject to statutory rules and exceptions. Customers in other jurisdictions may have different mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period and a consumer expressly requests that BillDrift begin providing the service before that period expires, performance may begin immediately after payment. Where the applicable law provides for loss of the withdrawal right after full performance, the consumer is asked to acknowledge that consequence before checkout.
If a consumer validly withdraws after requesting early performance but before the service has been fully performed, applicable mandatory law may require payment for the proportion of the service already supplied.

Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the files and information they upload. BillDrift findings are indicators for review and do not establish that a charge is legally recoverable.

Payments, taxes and worldwide availability
BillDrift uses Stripe Managed Payments for paid checkout. For transactions processed through Managed Payments, Link acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction. Stripe calculates, collects, reports and remits applicable indirect taxes such as VAT, GST and sales tax.
Managed Payments may present prices in a customer's local currency using Adaptive Pricing. Availability of BillDrift and individual payment methods remains subject to Stripe's supported countries, restricted markets and payment-method availability.
Stripe and Link may provide transaction-level support, payment-method management, receipts, invoices, refunds and subscription management. BillDrift remains responsible for the software product and product-level support.
