Withdrawal from a consumer contract

Your withdrawal or cancellation rights depend on the mandatory consumer law that applies to your contract. Consumers covered by EU consumer law generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts, subject to statutory rules and exceptions. Consumers elsewhere may have different mandatory rights.

If applicable law provides a withdrawal period and you expressly requested that BillDrift begin providing the service during that period, services may begin immediately. Where applicable law provides for loss of the withdrawal right after full performance, that right is lost only once the service has been fully performed following the required express request and acknowledgment.

If you validly withdraw after requesting early performance but before full performance, applicable mandatory law may require payment for the proportion of the service already supplied.
