This calculator applies the pricing model and tiers you enter manually. It does not determine whether your contract uses all-units or graduated pricing, identify the correct service, verify billable volume, select the applicable rate-card version or reconcile invoice lines with operational evidence.

Tier logic matters

The same rates can produce different totals depending on how the tiers work.

Crossing a volume threshold does not always change the price in the same way. Confirm whether your 3PL applies one rate to the complete volume or prices each volume band separately.

01

All-units pricing

Total volume selects one tier. The selected unit rate is applied to the complete billable quantity.

02

Graduated tiers

Each rate applies only to the quantity inside its own volume band. The individual charges are added together.

03

Invoice comparison

Enter an optional billed amount to see the variance after the pricing schedule has been calculated.

Free tool vs full audit

Applying a known pricing schedule is not the same as reconciling an invoice.

This calculator assumes you already know the correct service, billing unit, pricing model, tier thresholds and applicable rate-card version. It does not establish those facts for you.

BillDrift's complete invoice audit compares structured rate-card rules, detailed invoice lines and operational data so rates, quantities, references and other deterministic discrepancies can be checked across the invoice.
